Atlantis East Important Instructions for Trades People to enter and Park Safely

1. For all trades people and any large delivery items i.e., whitegoods and furniture must enter Atlantis East via the trades entrance from the Gold Coast Highway. When driving from Surfers Paradise, pass the J.W. Marriott Hotel, cross the small bridge, then immediately turn left at the next lights.

2. Use the intercom system to call the office, the intercom is located on the sliding gate, press the contact button or phone 07 5532 0599. The tradies will need to advise us of their name, company’s name, and the unit number they are working for.

3. Once the sliding gate opens, tradies are  welcome park within the trades entrance until their work is completed. Normal hours of entry to Atlantis East, 8.30am Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Entry to Atlantis East Building is via the access door to B1, the intercom is located on right hand side of the door, again verbal access requesting the door to be opened.

5. Upon entry, there are several trade trollies on the right hand side, this is to assist the carrying of tools and equipment to your respective unit.

6. Proceed to the lifts on B1, if necessary, go up to the Ground Floor Managers Office, advise the Manager that who you are here.

7. Departure at any time, can be achieved by driving your vehicle up the sliding gate, the sensor signal will then automatically open the sliding gate.

8. Beware the traffic lights control both Entry and Exit of Atlantis East vehicle access.

9. Remember respect our Trade’s Entry Laws, and NO RISKS, NO ACCIDENTS!
